Step By Step Guide To Install Well One using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. The Well One health score measures seven different aspects of the user’s health to scientifically calculate a score that quantifies their holistic health. The health score can range from 0 to 1000 and when tracked over time offers a good indication of how a user’s health is evolving. The financial wellbeing score gives an indication of the levels of financial stress or success.

The Well One digital health platform allows users to track their progress across all areas, add goals, synch their wearable devices, and get personalised rule-based coaching. The app encourages engagement with motivation techniques from behavioural science and gamification, and collaborative features from social networks.

The user may be able to earn points and recognition for using the app and for participating in activities depending on the set up.
