EchoApp is a single-window sender of bulk messages with the following features:
1) One panel to send the messages
2) Messages are broadcast on EchoApp, SMS, Email, WhatsApp Busines API (to be launched in a week), and Telegram (to be added after WhatsApp integration). We will be adding more and more channels soon.
3) The message is broadcast to all the possible channels as the information might be available. Let us take an example to understand the case. Let us say that we have a number of a receiver. The number will mean that the person is on SMS for sure and maybe on WhatsApp and/or Telegram. The message is broadcast to the person on all three channels and then the system acts as the following
4) Determine if the number is correct. If it is not then it is mentioned as wrong so that the future activities do not include that number and the data source can be corrected.
5) Whether the contact is on WhatsApp or Telegram with the same number.
Which is the active channel for the user. Does he respond to SMS or he is active on WhatsApp or Telegram? Then mark the future communication to that channel only.
i) This work is done automatically by our patented system (patent application number 202021040394 dated 17 Sep 2020). So the sender does not need to have chosen the channels manually.
ii) Each message carries the EchoApp short link. In case the end-user downloads EchoApp, the message is sent on EchoApp first. The system then waits for the read receipt for 5 mins. If it is not read within 5 mins then the message is sent to the user on the next preferred channel. This simple method saves a lot of cost to the sender. If you run campaigns for your clients, this can optimize the cost for you.
iii) There are no limitations on the number of users so a group can have 1 million users also
Why Should you use EchoApp?
1) It saves you cost
2) It gives better lead generation
3) It gives many options in one panel
4) Your own APIs are used so there is no change in your consumption. You can expand your services without investing in technology.
5) You can use it yourself or offer it to your clients.
