The Lender Space comprises a pioneering initiative of N & G lawyers in advising lenders on Judicial Business Recovery Processes.

The apparent complexity of the process and the time it usually takes to its ultimate conclusion require the Judicial Administrator, plus their legal costs, a constant presence and accessible to creditors.

In line with growing technological change, the Lender Space is a response to the new challenges of accessibility, inclusion and participation in court proceedings.

In this sense, they were developed and made available to the following virtual tools lenders:

§ Instant messaging systems by the Judicial Administrator;

§ Availability of most procedural documents for download;

§ Push notifications system for sending announcements and alerts the Judicial Administrator;

§ Direct link to monitor the process on the website of the Court of Minas Gerais (Minas Gerais Appeal Court);

§ updated calendar of the key dates of the process (start and due dates, creditors' meeting, holidays and forensic recesses, etc.);

§ Video conferencing Provision (streaming technology) so that creditors can monitor the Creditors' General Meetings virtually.

In essence, lenders now have digital tools and features for their participation in the process and access to justice, maximum postulates of the Constitution, are effectively guaranteed.

The goal is to give transparency to the process and the acts of the Judicial Administrator, in order to enforce the social function of the Judicial Reorganization, which should not only meet the creditors and debtors, but the whole society.
