In this post, I am going to show you how to install Mexican Train ScoreKeeper on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Mexican Train ScoreKeeper using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. There are no advertisements or in-app purchases associated with this app.

The app is easy to use with clearly marked navigation links, buttons, etc. It takes all of the work out of being score keeper. It reduces total game time as well as allowing anyone to be score keeper (not just those good in math).

The score keeper uses this app to assign players, record scores for each player, keep a record of wins, displays players listed by total score, displays which domino rounds have been played, and maintains a scoresheet that can be viewed at any time listing all items found on typical paper scoresheets. SK does not keep game data or individual stats on players (see Mexican Train Dominoes SK2 for history and statistics). No game data or player data is distributed to any other application, business, or individual.


Players can be added after the game has started (for late arrivals). Players can be deleted from the game at any time during play to allow for unexpected events. SK2 can be used to keep score for 12 domino and 15 domino sets (defaults to 12, set at game time).

The "About" page is also a help page describing the various buttons, links, and notes associated with play.

This app works well on tablets with screen wider than 3.5" giving the user larger print, buttons, etc. for ease of use.
