Bulk orders are differently priced with wholesale and nominal rates. With the view to expand our base, we welcome B2B relations from other jewellers in the industry. Placing a Return Request
Follow the steps below to place a request for returning any item(s):

Go to ‘My Account’ Section.
Click on ‘Return Request’.
Write a reason for returning the product in the comment box.
Attach a picture of the product clicked before and after packaging.
Click on submit.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the condition of your returned package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account.
You will also be notified if your request for a refund is eligible.
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed and amount equal to the price of the returned product will be transferred in your AG Cash balance.
You can use this AG Cash to purchase any item from our website in the future.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

But, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order(s) within 3 days from the date of shipment.

All the returns including domestic as well as international returns are FREE!

Following criteria should be met for an order to be eligible for returns:

The item should be in its original condition, unbroken, undamaged with no parts missing.
The item must be unused and kept in the same condition as delivered. It must be in the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required in order for your return to be completed.
A return request must be filed within 3 days from the date of shipment.


Items which do not meet any of the above conditions will be denied for returns and hence no refunds will be made for such products.
