Life report app seeks to improve care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease by connecting caregivers, patients and family members in a unique never seen way. The app is available for Android Smartphones, Tablets and TV using Android OS.

We believe that to care for someone well, you need to know them very well. Life report allows users to create or add existing profiles of dementia patients which shows their life stories, important scheduled activities and favorites posted by their loved ones which will be linked to their profiles. Profiles are managed by anyone connected to the profiles. Profiles features are listed below –

1. Summary section: shows full name, current address, allergies, blood type, two emergency contacts and short description/stories of the dementia patient.
2. Favorite section: shows patient's favorite activities, foods and books.
3. Specialist section: shows current and past specialists with the option to call or email, based on information provided in the profile. This facilitates easy communication between caregivers and physicians involved in the patient's care.
4. Medication section: show past and present medications.
5. Reminder section: just like its name shows the list of activities that needs reminding. This section works in a unique way. For example if a caregiver needs to set an appointment all they have to do is click on the patient’s profile add the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the caregiver and the person who created the profile would get a notification. If a smartwatch is connected to the profile a notification would be sent to the watch please note this is not done via Bluetooth connection.
6. Picture Section: allows everyone connected to a profile post memorable pictures with a description.
7. Video Section: allows family members and friends connected to a profile post memorable videos to remind patients of important events in their life. This section is what is linked to the TV app creating a personalized channel for the patients. This can be a solution for extreme cases of dementia where they cannot hold phones but can watch TV. This could also be a solution for deaf dementia patients as family members and friends could record and post videos to communicate with patients through sign language.
8. Audio Section: allows anyone connected to profile post memorable audio could be music or recorded audio. Please note this section puts into consideration a blind patient that needs to respond to sound that means something to them.
