[How to participate in volunteer activities]
1. Get stamp certified
Run the Yangcheon Luxury Outing app and check the stamp location.
-‘GPS’ stamp: When you visit the place, it is automatically authenticated.
-‘E-stamp’: After completing the tour mission at the experience site, the staff at work will take it directly on the visitor's mobile phone.
-‘Follow’ stamp: You must follow 80% or more through the connected Trangle app to authenticate.

2. Apply for the first volunteer activity (maximum 2 hours)
-Get 4 volunteer stamps.
-All you have to do is fill out a questionnaire by pressing the'first volunteer application' button in the gift tab and following step by step.
-When the survey is completed, the'Submit' button is displayed. Please click this button.
-After reviewing the contents of the submitted questionnaire at the'Yangcheon-gu Office', the service performance is registered on the “1365 Portal”.

3. Apply for the second volunteer activity (1 hour)
-Get 3 volunteer stamps.
-All you have to do is fill out the questionnaire by clicking the'second'application for volunteer service' button in the gift tab and following step by step.
-When the survey is completed, the'Submit' button is displayed. Please click this button.
-After reviewing the contents of the submitted questionnaire at the'Yangcheon-gu Office', the service performance is registered on the “1365 Portal”.


[Conditions for Recognizing Volunteer Activities]
1. After obtaining 4 volunteer stamps, a maximum of 2 hours is recognized when submitting a questionnaire
ㅇBasic 1 hour: After explaining the guide for the Hello Campaign with Local Residents, uploading 4 certification shots with the local residents, briefly describing the meaning of the Well-being Action, and 1 hour of volunteer time is recognized when submitting a testimony once.

ㅇ Additional 1 hour: If you create an additional'Hello' campaign tool and upload a picture that was used, or if you write more than 5 lines in the submission box, an additional hour is recognized.

2. Up to 1 hour recognition when acquiring 3 new volunteer stamps
ㅇBasic 1 hour: After explaining the guidance of the “Hello” campaign with local residents, uploading 3 certification shots with local residents and submitting one testimony gives 1 hour of service time.

1. When the volunteer service application menu pops up, you must complete the survey within one week. (Menu will be closed when the deadline is exceeded)

2. On March 1st every year, the service score is reset and you can apply again.
