In the traditions of the infallibles (as) it is said that prayer is a shield of faith, and the shield, as we know, protects one from attacking enemies. Prayerful repudiation of the enemy while expressing divine knowledge and theology teaches us ways to fight the enemy. Imam (pbuh) begins the prayer of repetition of the enemy as follows:
Divine Hedayatni Falahut, and the protection of losers, and Ablit al-Jamil of activity, O my God! The Imam (AS) in these short phrases refers to some of the failures that overwhelm the enemy and the execution of his plans:
1- Neglecting and falling into the abyss of gloom and gloom
2- Failure to obey divine orders and sermons
3. Misuse of facilities and blessings
And then, referring to monotheism:
And Vasiliyyat Elik al-Tawhid, and the mandate to you is monotheism and monotheism.
And how God repels the evil of the enemy who drew the sword, and the evil of the oppressor, the deceiver, and the jealous evil, are the things that are mentioned in the next chapter of prayer.
