This is a completely new approach to running. The application evaluates your level of dopamine - the "joy hormone" - which is formed during exercise. To form a habit, it does not matter how much and how fast you run. It matters how much dopamine you have. SynRun will tell you when dopamine level is sufficient.

You can run at any time, at any speed and at any pace.
Automatic neural network system adapts to you and predicts you level of "joy hormone" - dopamine.
A high level of dopamine will create conditions for fixing positive emotions and forming a habit.
