The King Waiter application was developed with the objective of optimizing service in restaurants and fast foods, facilitating and speeding up the ordering process. It was integrated with the Chef Sys system, a system aimed at restaurants and fast foods. The application has two functions: one for the waiter and one for the customer, both integrate the same version of the application and differ with the reading of the qrcode performed on your home screen. In this way, the customer does not have access to the waiter's function and vice versa, since they are different qrcode. The customer's qrcode is available for reading at the command and the waiter reads it using the qrcode available on the system.

The application assists the waiter in ordering through the cell phone, which is integrated into the system and sends the order directly to the kitchen. To use the application, you need to authenticate using the qrcode available on the Chef Sys system, providing high security. In this way, the waiter does not establish any form of access to the system outside the establishment, only when he is connected by qrcode. The waiter can use the application for orders placed at the tables, counter or delivery.

Another function of the application is the possibility for the customer to place his own order by cell phone. A positive factor, especially when there is no waiter available, as the customer does not have to wait for the waiter to be free to serve. The customer reads the qrcode available on the controls and has access to the menu, so that he can place the order, all from his cell phone. With the application he can also check the promotions offered and personalize the order, removing or adding any ingredient. The order is also sent and printed directly to the establishment's kitchen, and the waiter is only responsible for its delivery.
