Indus Rangers came into shape in the year 2006 when a group of dedicated professionals led by Amresh Pandey and Er. Neeraj Harbola decided to establish a centre for quality education & guidance to those aspirants who wanted to build their career in defence services through National Defence Academy (NDA) and Combined Defence Services (CDS) entrance examination, in Eastern UP & Bihar especially Varanasi & Adjoining Areas which were lacking proper coaching facilities. Since then the Institute has produced hundreds of Army Officers & shown a glorious path of success to the candidates aspiring defence career at all levels. The Institute offers excellent coaching facilities for all the exams related to defence & paramilitary. Indus Ranger's team is highly skilled and dedicated to its mission. The Institute offers all the facilities required to guide motivate & train the candidates aiming defence career. It offers written preparation along with Physical training, Psychological training and group task training. The skill and personality of candidates are continuously enhanced through regular Group discussions, lecture presentations, outdoor games & physical exercises. The institutes firmly believe in the philosophy of 'Manasa', 'Wacha', & 'Karmana'. Apart from these, it offers Hostel facility, Library facility and specially designed Audio Visual room to keep the students fit and motivated. The performance of candidates has regularly monitored through topic wise tests and combined tests. To inculcate Values and develop officer like qualities various Activities are organised under the supervision of competent leadership & guidance. The career in defence services demands a unique methodology of training & preparation where candidates are required to have good command over communication skills, good physical strength pragmatic approach, bias-free mind and the ability to work in a team. Keeping these things in mind the Institute organises activities regularly & round the year. Candidates coming from state boards and Hindi Medium are given special emphasis.
