What is Streetwriters?
Streetwriters is for everyone who has even a tiny bit of creativity in their heads i.e. if you created even a paper plane when you were just a kid this place is for you.
Of course, you won’t be alone in this and that is why Streetwriters is a community where two kinds of people are meant to meet and connect: first, idiots and second, writers. Our goal is to provide you with lost-and-found jumble of crazy out-of-the-world stories that make absolutely no sense just so your pretty face can smile and perhaps laugh. And if coincidentally you want to write, we have special tools to turn your ramblings into visually stunning posts according to your twisted imagination.

Get Early Access
Anyway, this is still in development i.e. we are working on it. So help us improve it bit by tiny bit; use our app, give us feedback, request for any features you’d like and report any bugs you come across in the app. We are here to help.

Write and Edit
Choose what you want to write. It can be a quote you think sounds nice, a story for the world, a poem, an article, parables (what are those?🤔) or a random post that can be anything (yeah random 🤩). We put no restrictions on the content and you know what’s most amazing? You can copyright your original content. Sorry copycats, you not in luck today!😀

Design your Posts
Bring your content to life with images, gradients, templates and colorful backgrounds. Choose from a large set of fonts, set your desired font size, align your content anywhere on the image and fuuuush! Publish! 👋👋👋

Read Mode for Readers
We believe that a clutter free interface would help readers focus on the content and keep them from being distracted. Turning on Read Mode removes unnecessary content from the post (uhh what isn’t unnecessary exactly?🤔🤔🤔) and allows readers to increase or decrease the font size to a comfortable reading experience. Oh almost forgot! You also have Night Mode for reading at night. Yeah we care for your eyes!😊

Design Your Portfolio
Tell people who you are; add a biography, set a pen name, add your favorite words so other idiots can see that they are not alone. You can also add your Instagram and Twitter so people can reach you easily (call the spammers, bruh! 🤣🤣🤣). Add a profile picture, preferably without your pretty face, to give your profile a beautiful look and fill it up with your write-ups and re-posts.

Improve your writing skills*
Participate in daily challenges hosted on Streetwriters. Interact with others and earn a reputation. Grow and learn together and improve your creative writing skills every day.

Search and Discover
Search using your favourite #tags and connect with new writers and poets using @usernames. You will find quotes, poems, stories, articles, blogs and everything related to writing on Streetwriters. Like posts and leave your comments. Learn, inspire and get inspired. Discover the hidden writer in you.

Write in any Language**
Seriously, this shouldn't even be mentioned. Of course we support all languages! You can write in your native tongue without worry.

v0.7.3:
This is mainly a bug fix release. Here's what we fixed:
1. Editor palettes will auto hide when typing
3. Drafts will be auto deleted on publish
4. App will open posts from notification
5. New notifications should appear in correct section
6. There will be an indication now when reply is posted
7. Comment word count should now reset
8. Fixed issue where duplicate posts appeared in profile
