But it is important to understand that brooding is a habit of thinking. This stressful habit can be gradually removed by simple exercises.

The goal is to neutralize and control the unpleasant and stressful thoughts. With the help of this app you will learn to believe the negative statements less and to deliberately deal with possible solutions.

Operation manual:
1. Enter your unpleasant thoughts in the corresponding text field.
2. How stressful does the thought feel on a scale from 0 to 10? Enter this value on the load scale.
3. Now select any speed and pitch.
4. Press the button "Get out of the pit" (at least 10 times) and listen to your unpleasant thoughts
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 at least 5 times with different variations.
The voice should sound as abnormal as possible. The more extreme the speed or pitch, the more effective the exercise.
6. How does the thought feel on a scale from 0 to 10 now? Compare your result with the value you entered before the exercise.
