When you enter the application for the first time, you will have to register your username. To be able to have your information on all the devices you want.

You will see a calendar, where you will see on which days you registered an event. And you can search for notes or events that you have entered with a particular text.

Your events can be seen annually, monthly, weekly or daily.

The application will allow you to enter and modify your events and notes of interest. And associate each one with a notice, which you will describe in each case. You can forward your items to different recipients.

You will have the possibility to indicate how you want to receive notifications of your events in general. Where you can indicate if you want to receive them by notifications and / or emails.

When entering or modifying an event, you will have the possibility to create a replica of it on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis. Avoiding that you have to create the event again every time you need it.

You can enlarge the note to have a greater visibility of it, and give the format of bold, italic and underlined to the part of the text that you want. You can also align the paragraphs to the left, right or center.

You have the possibility to record an audio in your notes or events. Share the description of your items, sending the link of the Shared URL.

You can change the layout of Schedule, to your liking. Choosing the color and background image you want.

You have the possibility to see the application in any of these languages,
Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, English and French.


RECOVER YOUR DELETED INFO
By selecting an event or note, you can delete it. And you will have the possibility of recovering the item, up to three months after the day you deleted it.


SYNCHRONIZE YOUR DATA
You can install Schedule on the devices you want. And you will see in each one, the information that you have registered in any one.
You can start the description of your events or notes in one and continue it in another, without missing a beat.
Audio files are exceptions to this functionality. Which will only be available on the device that you created them.

BACK
A periodic backup is made of the information that is registered in the server. Audio files are excepted. On which there is no backup, nor can they be synchronized.
