האפליקציה מתממשקת באופן ישיר למערכת הרחפן ושולחת התראות במהלך הטיסה כגון: חריגה מגבולות הטיסה שהוגדרו, חריגה ממסלול הטיסה, חשיפה לסיכונים במסלול, התראת סוללה חלשה ועוד סימני אזהרה.
הפניקס SmartFly הינו ביטוח צד ג' עבור מפעילים רחפנים לנזקים שנגרמים לרכוש ולגוף בהתאם לתנאי הפוליסה וחריגיה
ואינו מכסה נזקים לגוף הרחפן ולציוד. נכון לעכשיו הביטוח מכסה רק רחפנים של חברת DJI (פירוט מלא בהמשך). כמו כן, יש אפשרות לרכוש מספר פוליסות שונות למספר רחפנים שונים.
אם ברצונכם לשנות את גובה האחריות ניתן לעשות זאת בכל שלב באמצעות החלופות המופיעות באפליקציה.
לכל מקרה של תביעה סכום ההשתתפות העצמית הינו 250$. ההצטרפות לפוליסה תלויה בהתחייבות שנתית אך יחד עם זאת ניתן לבטל אותה בכל שלב באמצעות מילוי טופס באתר, כשהחזר הפרמיה יבוצע במידה ונותרה יתרה שלא נוצלה על ידי המבוטח, בקיזוז פרמיית מינימום בסך 25$. במקרה ונדרש להפעיל את הביטוח, היכנסו לאתר SmartFly או בטלפון 5432*.
לידיעתכם, הביטוח תקף רק בגבולות ישראל ואינו מכסה אתכם בחו"ל.
יש להטיס את הרחפן שלכם בהתאם לכללי הרגולציה הקיימים (הנמצאים באתר רשות שדות התעופה בכתובת: https://caa.gov.il/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1538:2018-04-17-11-03-05&catid=342&Itemid=768&lang=he). חריגה מהכללים, כמו למשל הטסה בתוך מבנה, לא תכוסה על ידי החברה.
קיימת האפשרות ליהנות מכיסוי להטסה מסחרית במידה ורכשתם כיסוי מסחרי (בהתאם לתנאי הפוליסה וחריגיה) יודגש כי כיסוי זה אינו מכסה את ענף מרוצי הרחפנים.
תשלומים
הביטוח מופעל רק בזמן שעת הטיסה בפועל. תעריף הביטוח הינו כפי שנקבע בפוליסה ובהתאם לגבול האחריות. במידה והמשתמש מטיס את הרחפן דרך מודול ההטסה של האפליקציה יוכל המבוטח לקבל הנחה בגובה הפרמיה בהתאם לרמת סיכון הטיסה, הנקבעת על ידי אלגוריתם ההטסה וניתוח הסיכונים בזמן אמת.
לקבלת מחיר הביטוח לפני הטיסה, יש להזין באפליקציה את הפרטים הנדרשים לפני הטיסה ולראות את עלות שעת הטיסה עבורכם.
את הביטוח עושים רק דרך אפליקציית SmartFly אבל לאחר רכישתו, תוכלו להשתמש בכל אפליקציה או אמצעי שליטה לצורך הטסת הרחפן.
באפשרותכם לחבר את הרחפן למודל ההטסה של אפליקצית SmartFly ולקבל התראות בזמן אמת. בנוסף, החיבור בין הרחפן לאפליקצית SmartFly יוכל לזכות אתכם בהנחה בגובה הפרמיה. באפשרותכם להשתמש בכל אפליקציה שתרצו לצורך הטסת הרחפן והשימוש באפליקציית SmartFly להטסת הרחפן הינו אופציונאלי בלבד ואין צורך להשאירה פתוחה כל עוד הביטוח מופעל. לכן, מפעיל הרחפן רשאי להשתמש בכל שלט או אפליקציית הטסה ללא השפעה על הכיסוי.
