In this post, I am going to show you how to install Mumbai Parking Finder on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Mumbai Parking Finder using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

The data used in the app comes from the following sources:

  1. Data made available by MCGM at the following location: Off-Street Parking: https://portal.mcgm.gov.in/irj/portal/anonymous/qlOffstreet

  2. User submitted lots (only after I have been able to verify their location). These lots are flagged specially so that they do not get misinterpreted as MCGM or BEST lots.


Usage tips:

  1. If you do not see any parking lots around you, pan around and zoom out until you see a lot.

  2. The blue circle around a lot denotes a region of radius 500 meters around the lot. Steep fines may apply if you park illegally within this zone.

  3. Tap on or near the P sign or tap on the bus icon to view details about a lot.

  4. If you move within the blue circle around a lot, the circle will turn red. You will also see a warning notification and a bright red border will appear around the screen and will stay red while you are within 500 meters of the lot.
