4. Lifestyle - the companion app will help you improve the habits that suit you.

5. Rest is not a whim, a necessity. It reduces stress levels and increases information levels.

6. Meals - all you have to do is start having dinner three hours before bedtime, and the companion app will already help you set the time of the last meal that suits you.

7. (In development) Education - we want to save you time and help you to know better about yourself and your peculiarities. The companion application will generate for you a personalized feed with the latest achievements, primarily containing information relevant to your current state.
