Process -
CHECK IN
On arrival, the visitor is presented with a tablet to initiate the check-in process at the reception.
The screen displays two options - CHECK IN & CHECK OUT.
As he taps on the Check In option, he is asked to enter his mobile no. or email id and verify it with OTP.
On verification, the guest will have to enter details like his/her name, the name of the company/department, purpose of visit, host name, etc. This is a customizable screen to suit the requirements of the business.
Upon submission, the tab camera opens for the visitor to click his/her picture.
Finally the visitor has to read the terms and conditions and put his signature.

Meanwhile, the guest arrival email is sent to the host

In case of a pre-registration of the guest done by the host, he/she will already have the QR code on email which can be scanned directly.

CHECK OUT
Once the meeting is done, the visitor can scan the QR code on the badge to check out.
Next, a feedback form appears that helps to gauge the visitor experience within the company premises.
