The Volumes are contained in a grandiose work developed over 40 years of Luisa's life and are called the "Book of Heaven".

Jesus absolutely wants the Divine Will to be known: “Oh, how many things
buried there are, which I have manifested to souls, for lack of anyone who is interested in my works. But if I tolerated silence on others, I do not tolerate this on my Will.
I will give so much grace to those who set to work that they will not be able to resist me, but the most
interesting and essential I want it from you” (Vol. 15, 15.09.1922).

For two years Jesus had been continuously speaking to Luisa Piccarreta, the little servant of Christ, about his Will, and told her, “which I have revealed to no one until now. Browse as many books as you want and you will see that in no one will you find what I told you about my Will” (Vol. 11, 12.09.1913). “How much you should thank me for having admitted you to the secrets of my Will!” (Vol. 11, 09.29.1912). “That always speaking to you about my Will, that making you understand the wonderful effects, what I have not done with anyone until now…” (Vol. 12, 17.03.1921).

Living in the Divine Will “is the Holiness not yet known and which I will make known, which
he will put the last ornament and the most beautiful and brightest of all the other sanctities." (Vol. 12,
04.08.1918)
