"Rakhshandeh", the daughter of Youssef Etesam al-Molk, whom we know as "Parvin Etesami", was born in Tabriz in the last twenty-fifth of 1285. He was the grandson of "Ibrahim Etesam al-Molk", a Qajar nickname and chief of Azerbaijan's finance. Parvin's father set up the first printing press (not stone) in Tabriz. He was a lawyer for the National Assembly in the second round of Tabriz. And the founder and director of Spring Magazine. Parvin's mother was a housewife.
After Parvin's birth, the family of the strikers moved to Tehran. Parvin began teaching at the American Girl's School. Dad worked for some time as the "Royal Library Department", the "Department of Education Department" and the "National Library Department".
Parvin graduated from high school in 1303. She gave a speech at the graduation ceremony at the school, which was later recorded as one of the largest women's rights and women's rights movement in history.
Parvin's formal education did not continue, but his home schooling, which began as a child, was not suspended. From his childhood, Yusuf Etesami, who had been responsible for his daughter's education, nurturing and literary talents, continued to work with her. They say they are twelve-year-old Parvin's scarf.
Parvin's first poems were published in the journal Spring. Many greats have written about this magazine. For example, Edward Brown has called it a European magazine.

Parvin then worked as a librarian at the University of Kharazmi University today at the gate of the Tehran government. In 1315 Parvin's book won the 3rd degree medal from the Ministry of Education. But Parvin did not accept the mark. He even rejected Reza Shah's body for training women in the Pahlavi court. Then he left the librarian job because of his father's illness.
Parvin's father died in 1316,
