"The Romance of the Three Kingdoms" (full name "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms", also known as "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms") describes the history of the century from the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty to the beginning of the Western Jin Dynasty. "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms" is the first chapter-back novel in the history of Chinese literature. It is the beginning of a historical romance novel. It is also the first novel of a literati and one of the four famous Chinese classics.
