The importance of Faraidh science

Faraidh is one of the most noble sciences, the highest position, the greatest reward, because of its importance, even to God himself who determines the measure. He explains the inheritance inherited by each heir, described in most clear verses, because wealth and its distribution are sources of greed for humans, most of the inheritance is for men and women, large and small, those who are weak and strong, so there is no opportunity for them to speak up or talk with lust.

Therefore Allah is the one who directly arranges the distribution and details in His Book, leveling it out among the heirs according to the justice and benefit that He knows.

- Humans have two states: the state of life and the state of death, most of the laws that exist in the science of Faraidh relate to death, so Faraidh can be said to be half of the existing knowledge, all people would need him.

- In the days of Jahiliyyah, they only distributed property to adults without giving to children, not only to women, whereas Jahiliyyah at this time gave women allotments that were not their right to occupy , work and property, so that damage is increased, whereas Islam has done justice to women and glorified it, giving them the right that is as giving to others.

- Science of Faraidh: The knowledge that is known to who is entitled to inheritance and who is not entitled, and also what is the size for each heir.

- Discussion: All the relics, namely what was left by Mayit in the form of property or other.

- The result: Submission of all rights to those who are entitled to receive it among the heirs.

- Faridhah: is a certain ration according to shari'ah for each heir, such as: one third, one quarter and others.
