With Ryde, you can easily create your journey by setting a time frame for when you would like to leave, share how much luggage space you need, and your preferred ride conditions. Once your ride has been created, you will be matched with users who are completing the same journey as you. If no drivers are traveling the ride you have requested, you can share your created ride to the Ryde board page and drivers will be notified of your request. After your newly created ride has been shared, you can request a ride or respond to offers from drivers. You will see the driver's profile detailed with the type of vehicle, number of seats available, their completed rides and deliveries, and a 5-star rating of the driver so you feel secure with your driver. You can book and securely pay for your ride all from the Ryde app via Stripe. If you are traveling with more than one companion, you can book multiple seats on the same journey and secure even more space if you are transporting extra luggage. If you are looking for a return trip, you can easily book a roundtrip journey when you create your request. Once your journey is complete, you can rate and even tip your driver.

As a driver, there are many benefits to using Ryde, the most obvious reason is turning empty car space into passengers and deliveries to earn money. With Ryde you can set your own rates and keep 100% of your fare. Ryde actively advertises for users who are searching for rides and need deliveries so you will have plenty of opportunities to earn. Set your own driving preferences that passengers clearly understand before they get in your car. If you don't want to drop off passengers, you can opt out of giving passengers rides and exclusively help users transport their belongings. Review a passenger's profile before you accept their request. Once your ride is complete your earned fare will be deposited into your bank account via Stripe. Get notified when passengers request rides or deliveries and visit the Ryde feed to contact ride & delivery seekers directly through the app. You can invite ride seekers to your ride and adjust your fare rate based on the passenger's request.
