VSG Remote Concierge Application Terms of Service:
INTERNET USE
To access all the functionality of the VSG Remote Concierge Application, it is necessary that the smartphone is connected to internet services.
USER LOGIN
Only users registered as a RESIDENT in the VSG Remote Ordinance attendance system will be able to log in to the VSG Remote Ordinance Application.
TOOLS OF THE VSG REMOTE ORDINANCE APPLICATION
The VSG Remote Ordinance Application provides its users with the tools listed below:
1. The user will be able to access, in real time, the live image from the cameras of the VSG Remote Ordinance system, arranged in the condominium. The viewing of images is restricted to one camera at a time, and only live images. The quality of the image transmission is proportional to the quality of the internet access, of the mobile device used for access.
2. The user will have access to all registration data, of all users registered in suabunidase (divided into the RESIDENTS, VISITORS and EMPLOYEES categories), as well as linked vehicles.
3. The user will have access to the portal to make complaints, suggestions and compliments, and he must insert all the information requested by the Application, in order to compose the data necessary to deal with the demand.
4. The portal will send push notifications to the user, and the user can block this function on his device.
