"How you win determines how you govern!" This phrase expresses well our electoral proposal to be built in a collaborative way, with citizens who want to build a new government, human, democratic, participative and that takes care of people, keeping active what is working.

Cidade Que Queremos, is a collaborative platform that aims at the joint construction of a Government Plan, based on structuring axes and guidelines prepared by technical people, based on the perception of the city of the majority pre-candidate of the party, to be complemented by citizens / voters.

We try not to restrict the needs of the city with basic and common guidelines for all candidacies and the voter's own perception, knowing that these needs go far beyond that and we cannot continue to ignore them.

Proposals are only proposals when they do not reflect the real need of the city that directly and indirectly affects people's lives.

For being collaborative, on each axis, the voter will be able to express his desire with suggestions for proposals, from the simplest to the most complex, which will be discussed by the technical team to compose the government plan, to be defended in the electoral campaign.

Our commitment is to reconnect the municipal government to the population directly and through organized society, representative entities, making it participatory in public decisions.

Our focus is to make politics the instrument to humanize the city, with guaranteed rights and decent services for all, always prioritizing the neediest.

Our goal, to improve people's daily lives, to create a functional city, capable of giving opportunities to those who were born and those who chose to live in Matozinhos.

Finally, our goal is to act in the present and think about the future, leaving the next generations with a better, modern, sustainable, democratic and safe city.

Our Platform for preparing the Collaborative Governance Plan is divided into seven strategic axes:

Caring City is the axis focused on municipal health with a focus on the humanization of care and its modernization through digital platforms, ensuring the acceptance of spontaneous demand in health posts (EBS / ESF), access to consultations and specialized exams and high complexity treatment.

Developed City is the axis that deals with urban development in all its aspects, in a planned and sustainable way, with updating of the master plan, continued paving, necessary works, integrated and intelligent urban cleaning, dealing with the Environment and the future of the District of Mocambeiro.

Educating City is the axis that favors child and elementary education, in a comprehensive way, in partnership with entities of social projects, as well as culture and sport, as a way of developing school education.

Entrepreneurial City, proposes actions for the growth of the local economy, the generation of jobs and income, the development of urban and family agriculture and attention to the creative economy.

Safe and Secure City, talks about social development, generating equal opportunities and special treatment for those who need it most, creating a safer city through prevention.

Mobility, one of the main topics of the day that deals with planning the circulation of people around the city, such as public public transport, the use of bicycles and accessibility for people with mobility difficulties.

Governance that deals with how the government includes the population in public management decisions, based on the strengthening and respect for consultative and deliberative councils, the elaboration and application of a participatory budget, a transparent government with its accounts clearly available to the public. taxpayer and its digitization for more efficient services.
