Syaikhul Islam said: Disturbances of jinn to humans occur sometimes due to lust, lust and intoxication in love ('isyq), as do humans. Sometimes humans and jinn engage in marriage and have children. This happened a lot and was mentioned and discussed by the scholars. The majority of scholars hate (assess Makruh) marriage of this genie and most are done because of hatred or retaliation as hurt by some people or because they think that some people are deliberately hurting them by urinating, spilling hot water or killing some of them even though humans do not know it. Among the jinns there is also ignorance and injustice so that they punish them unreasonably, perhaps because of vanity and evil as are foolish humans.

He (Ibn Taimiah) said: If it includes the first, then it is an abomination that is forbidden by Allah as well as forbidden to humans, even with the willingness of other parties, and especially if he (humans) do not like it. The act is an abomination and cruelty, therefore this problem must be explained to the genie and told that the act is an abomination or an abomination or hostility. This explanation is necessary in order to be able to enforce the truth on them and know that to them applies the law of Allah and His Messenger who was sent to all humans and jinns.

If it includes the second, then it must be told that the human being does not know and does not intentionally hurt so that he does not have the right to be punished. If he does this in his home or kingdom, then he is free to take whatever action is permitted. Whereas you do not have the right to live in the kingdom of humans without their permission, but you have the right to occupy places that are not human habitation such as empty spaces and sahara fields.

"And we did not torture before we sent an Apostle". (Surat al-Isra: 15)

"O genie and man, have not come to you Apostles of your own group, who gave you my verses and warned against your meeting today?" (Surat al-Jin: 130)
