Who are the strange guests who visited the Prophet Idris

Prophet Idris was a very pious and diligent servant of Allah. He is the 6th descendant of the Prophet Adam (4533-4188 BC). He was appointed a prophet when he was 82 years old.

One day, Prophet Idris was visited by a strange guest. For several days the strange guest joined in staying and worshiping with the Prophet Idris. But when treated to food, the guest refused, did not want to eat it.

After being investigated it turned out that the guest was an angel Izrail, a life taker.

Why is it given the name Idris?

The name of the actual prophet Idris is Kh Kill. He lived 1000 years after the Prophet Adam died. Because he really likes to read and diligently studied since he was a child. Because of the devotion and obedience of the Prophet Idris, then God finally allowed the Prophet Idris to stay in heaven forever. In the history, it is said that the Prophet Idris is one of the four prophets of God who is still alive today. The other three prophets are Jesus, Khidr and Ilyas. When Isra Miraj, NAbi Muhammad met with Prophet Idris in the sixth heaven.
