Foods and drinks for liver health
 Some of the best foods and drinks useful for the liver include:
 1. Coffee
 A 2013 review that appeared in the Liver International magazine states that more than 50 percent of people in the United States consume coffee every day.
 Coffee appears to be beneficial to the liver, especially as it protects against problems such as fatty liver disease.
 Daily coffee intake may also protect the liver from harmful conditions, such as liver cancer.

A 2014 study that appeared in the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology notes that the protective effects of coffee are due to how it affects liver enzymes.
 It is reported that coffee reduces the accumulation of fat in the liver. And it raises the rates of antioxidants. The compounds in the coffee also help in liver enzymes to rid the body of carcinogens.
 2. Oatmeal
 Eating oatmeal is an easy way to add the important fiber for digestion to the diet and is very beneficial for the liver. Oats contain a high content of beta-glucans.
 As a 2017 study in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences, beta-glucan is very bioactive in the body. They help modify the immune system and fight inflammation, and may be especially helpful in fighting diabetes and obesity
