Already There is a Sunnah Quran Why Must Ijtihad

There is already a Sunnah Quran, why does it have to be ijtihad? Questions like this are not just the title of the book, but also questions that are somewhat misleading because of several things, including:

First, because the reverse logic is ambiguous, as if ijtihad is the absolute opposite of the Quran and Sunnah. Even though the Quran Sunnah instead commands ijtihad. At least there are restrictions on when ijtihad is used and when it only relies on the outer text of the Sunnah Quran.

Second, because even though there is a Sunnah Quran, it still cannot be used just like that. There is still a big issue, namely how we can get legal conclusions that cannot automatically be made as simple as that. And the processing is called ijtihad. So it is impossible for us to refer to the Sunnah Quran without going through the process of ijtihad.

We ordinary people usually simplify the problem. If there is already one verse of the Koran mentioning a problem, then we immediately draw the legal conclusion just like that without looking left and right again. Like a toddler who innocently crossed the road, he just wandered off without any consideration. Of course it is very dangerous, especially crossing the toll road.

As a simple example, does anyone know which verse in the Koran commands us to pray Eid al-Adha? If there are general prayer commands, there are even many. But the Eid al-Adha prayer that we do every year, where is the verse?

People who are not able to do ijtihad alias ordinary people like us, usually will say that in the Koran there is no command to perform Eid al-Adha prayer. When in fact the verse is there, but we don't know. The verse is a verse that actually we have often read and even we have memorized, namely:
فَصَ ل لِّرَب كَ وَاحنَْحر
And pray for your god and do nahr (QS. Al-Kautsar: 2)

For those who do not know their knowledge and only rely on the translation of the Koran, maybe it will be confused, which sentence that ordered Eid al-Adha prayer in this verse? There are only general prayer commands.
