What is Gladtolink?

Gladtolink is a cloud storage service oriented to document management that offers a wide range of possibilities for both the company and the individual, with special features that make it a unique tool:

What is G2L CaptureData?

G2L CaptureData is a mobile application designed to upload data in a classified and orderly manner to Gladtolink. It allows you to quickly and from any site upload the data that you need through Gladtolink's own labeling system.

G2L CaptureData specializes in capturing data from various types and sources, such as ...
- Text
- Images
- Date and Time
- Firms
- Bar codes
- Geoposition
... for which you have a specialized set of tools to facilitate the process to the user, such as maps, camera or barcode scanner.

The company will create buttons, templates with labels and forms that are shared with the different users, through which the user can capture and upload data.
When that data arrives at the platform, a PDF will be generated automatically with the fields filled in as they have been filled in from the application, automatically organized and labeled.
Due to this degree of configurability, G2L CaptureData ends up being an application to the user's liking, without the expense of a custom development or the implementation time involved.


What could I use Gladtolink and G2L CaptureData for?

Being such a versatile and flexible tool, any company could find a new practical use, it is only a matter of imagination.

- To control the signing of workers by means of a configured button that automatically picks up the name, location and time it is performed.
