Differences in the opinions of scholars

If asked, may there be differences of opinion among the scholars, indeed the scholars themselves also differ in opinion, between those who allow and those who do not allow. What does not allow is generally to equate differences of opinion with disunity.

But if we are more observant in observing, actually different opinions do not have to always be divided. Dividing is officially prohibited, but differing opinions actually do not have to always be related to divisiveness.

After all, in fact, even prophets and apostles often disagree with their neighbors. So differences of opinion are not always haram and forbidden, a lot of differences of opinion are allowed or accepted as a reality that cannot be denied.

The only problem is what do we want with this difference of opinion? Do you want to be an excuse to accuse each other, despise each other, disbelieve each other and defile each other? Or do we want to follow in the noble footsteps of the earliest scholars who so exemplary as examples of different opinions.
