Google Jethro App - is a Corporate Church ERP Database Management System that helps Mission administrators to monitor and evaluate shepherds and fields officers' work in real-time on Google Map. Google Jethro App creates a digital mission environment where mission administrators and fields’ officers perform to the best of their abilities to produce the highest-quality work most efficiently and effectively in real-real time using a Google Jethro App card (to be provided by Country Rep)
Google Jethro App is a real-time ERP database built on Oracle Real Application Clusters and in partnership with Google Ireland Limited (UK) and our Google Partners in South Africa to manage church transactions from Outreach (Fire Team Outreach – FTO, Marketplace Outreach – MPO, Regional Outreach, National Outreach, and International Evangelism) to Membership Retention, Real-Time Follow-up, church income and expenses among others. The dashboard displays real-time activities of the exact location on Google Map where the mission activity or follow-up is taking place - All you need is to click "BusinessTrack" button and the software shows you the Google Pins of all the activities in real-time.
Just like any business activities, follow-up visitation records, issues identified on mission fields, frequency of visitations by mission Officers, camera in-built to get instant picture of critical issues, how much money a missionary receives per given time, tracking to the last missionary whatever was distributed, training and workshops attended by missionaries, instant feedback from both missionaries, fields officers and other stakeholders are all integrated into Google Jethro App for real-time management.
And above all, a BI Report is dropped into Mission Administrator’s email every day as END-OF-DAY REPORT with the summary of all mission operations throughout the country in one single Excel file with multiple sheets which you can use to do MIS and Business Intelligence Reports. You will be saving the yearly cost of manual data collection from the mission field to mission field and the huge cost of logistics on mission station visitations since every single activity can be monitored live from the head office all year round.
There are four levels of access for users in Google Jethro App. We have the Missionary level of access, the regional administrator or regional supervisor level of access and the Country director level of access.
1. Member User
The Member can connect and enter his father, mother, uncles, brothers and sisters (who are the welfare-related members). They may not be in the church but when anything happens to them, it may affect the church welfare budget. If you give any financial help to your members to assist them during the funeral of their relatives then it is better they enter those “Welfare Related Members” now in JethroApp.
2. Missionary User
The Missionary is the second user. A Missionary connects by entering his Missionary Digital ID and gets connected. Missionary Digital ID or Church Digital Address can be obtained FREE from Jethro App.
o Just download JethroApp (one word) from the play store
o Start the App

o Select the Region, District and community where your farm is located
o Enter Your Information to be displayed on our Church Business Directory
