Calculation of points for physical training of servicemen of the RF Armed Forces.

It is possible to save the results of the exercises, the number of points and grades for the physical test. This data is available in the "Check history" section.

Find out the number of points corresponding to the result of the exercise in accordance with the Manual (table of scoring for the performance of physical training exercises).

The ability to quickly calculate points and assess the physical fitness for colleagues.

Physical scores are calculated taking into account the threshold level (minimum scores in one exercise). If the result is below the threshold level of the soldier, then the application will warn about this using a color scheme.

The Physical Fitness application regulates the list of exercises assigned for the delivery of physical training in accordance with the NFP, depending on the category, gender and age of the soldier.

Allows you to determine the grade for the physical test and the achieved qualification level.

View the methodology for performing various physical fitness exercises.

Find out the amount of the allowance for a confirmed qualification level in physical fitness, depending on the tariff category.

The Physical Fitness app does not require permissions or registration.

Open the application, in the "Settings" section, enter your details. (Nickname, gender, troop category, weight and age). Then use the "calculate and save" section. Remember to click on the "Save" floppy disk button on every page of your exercise.
To calculate physical scores for another soldier, use the "Scoring" section. Enter the required data of a friend and calculate a physical fitness score using a simplified scheme.

If you have any doubts about the correctness of the exercise of physical fitness or the assessment of the execution technique by the examiner, use the section "Technique of execution". Make sure to do the right exercise.

Determination of the assessment and the achieved qualification level is automatic, according to the tables of points from the manual on physical training.
