As the Storm grows, so will its field of vision. The only way to kill him from the fifth to the eighth stage is probably with another weapon in other mods or the Formidi bomb. Killing a Harsh Withering Storm before it is fully grown will drop a Nether Star. Killing a fully overgrown Withering Wither Storm will grant you a Dark Nether Star. You can use the Dark Nether Star as a trophy, but the withered Nether Star can be paired with a Workbench Beacon to become a Wither Beacon. The withers beacon can be placed down. To activate it, you need to place one netherite block under it, otherwise the weather must be thunderstorm. Then it will give you incredible bonuses and effects in the game.
Survival Mode: To create it in Survival Mode, you have to build a command block from a diamond block, a netherite block, obsidian, a redstone block, and an iron block (processing is shapeless again). Then you must take the command block. Then, in the new recipe, you must place 3 T-shaped soul sands, leaving the middle where you will place the command block. Then you put 3 Soul Sands on top and you can create a Wither Storm Spawner. With it, you can cause a drying storm. (Simply put, place the withers area on the crafting grid and replace the medium soul sand with a command block.)
