In this post, I am going to show you how to install mSerwis on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install mSerwis using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "mSerwis" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

mSerwis - application for servicing service requests

mSerwis is a supplement to the SIMPLE.ERP system with registration and monitoring functions for various types of service requests (breakdowns, faults, inspections, overhauls, calibrations, etc.). Designed for both end users and employees of technical departments.
Its scope covers the service of all types of equipment, devices, means of transport, buildings or premises as well as IT infrastructure. The availability of objects depends on the scope of implementation and user's permissions.

The main functions of the application:
• registration of service requests in various categories
• searching the device catalog by name and EAN code.
• the ability to determine the number of calls assigned to a given device, and to verify and review applications
• attaching photos on recorded incidents
• exchange of incident information via an internal messenger
• the ability to identify the component (device, object) using a bar code
• information on the status of the notification and the planned date of completion of the notification service
• access to the list of current reports assigned to the service technician (stored in the ERP system database) with the possibility of filtering by type (failures, damage, inspections), status (eg open, paused, rejected, closed).
• displaying details of the selected application: type of application, date of filing, applicant, name of the device, and description field
• access to the history of information exchange in the form of a message, with the option of adding a new message
• possibility of entering a new application (notification list), by selecting the type, entering notes, determining the device by scanning the code from the label on the device using a camera with a flash

For correct cooperation of the application with the SIMPLE.ERP system, it is required to purchase the appropriate license.
