Citibus is the official mobile application for public transport in the Greater Narbonne agglomeration.

Citibus is available on all digital media, whether on phone or tablet, it can be downloaded for free from Google Play.

Eager to offer innovative services to all residents of Grand Narbonne, the application was created to facilitate public transport journeys and mobility in the territory of Grand Narbonne. A new "AROUND ME" module completes the services offered by the application.


The Citibus application opens on a home interface offering several sections:

- SMS SUBSCRIBE
- AROUND ME

This way you can quickly get to the feature that interests you.

- The "NEXT PASSAGES" section provides real-time information on the vehicle's transit time at stops. In fact, you can know how long it will take your bus to reach your stop.
- The "MY ITINERARY" section helps you plan your trips in real time.
- The "AROUND ME" section allows you to find the stops near your position, the lines and times of the next passages.

Citibus asks you to enter the point of departure and the point of arrival, the date of the trip and the time, in order to know the optimized route to follow. The format of the requests may vary: you can indicate a postal address, a public place (Géant Casino, Pôle Emploi, etc.), or even the name of a bus stop.
The proposed results are the best possible combinations between transport and walking. It is up to you to choose the option that suits you best, based on the details of the proposed routes, and to choose the criterion that you want to highlight such as the estimate of the duration of the trip, the number of minute of walking, or the number of connections.

- The “TRAFFIC INFO” section is updated daily by Citibus agents. We can therefore find all the network disruptions, all deviations, schedule changes, the establishment of a temporary stop, etc.

The last four sections: RATES, NEWS, CONTACTS, SUBSCRIBE TO THE SMS ALERT bring together practical information about the network.
