Fenix Safety is an application connected to a smartpad positioned on the child safety seats for cars, a device capable of supporting children control.
The device has special sensors that turn it on and detect whether a child is in the seat, which are connected to an application available in App Store and Play Store. We recommend the use of approved seats, which are compliant with all applicable standards. Read the user manual of the car seat before placing Fenix Safety. The child safety seat monitoring application connects by Bluetooth technology and controls the following parameters:

1) State of connection;
2) Child on board;
3) Temperature inside de car;
4) Device battery level;
5) Whether the child safety seat has the belts on (Fenix buckles are optional).

The device is turned on when the child is seated on the pad, and this is accompanied by a beep sound; when a mobile phone is connected, the device beeps twice and the application confirms the association by a voice message "CONNECTED".
If the child stands up from the pad for more than 5 seconds, a voice message is heard "DISCONNECTED", and the device is turned off in the absence of the child. The Fenix Safety settings have an option to deactivate the voice message related to this function: just press Audio ON or Audio OFF. If the parent leaves the car and the child remains in the car in his/her safety seat, the application warns the parent through a voice alarm "WARNING, BABY ON BOARD" when the connection with the mobile phone is lost. If this first alarm level is not deactivated by the parent, a second alarm is activated, which consists of sending text messages to a maximum number of three telephone numbers memorized by the application. The text message indicates the type of alarm and the geographical coordinates of the location of the car; the text messages are included in the price of the product and require data traffic (i.e. an Internet connection). When the temperature inside the car reaches a minimum or maximum threshold, this activates a voice alarm "HIGH TEMPERATURE" or "LOW TEMPERATURE". If this first alarm level is not deactivated by the parent, a second alarm is activated, which consists of sending a text message indicating the high or low temperature and the geographical coordinates of the location of the car. This function protects the parent when the telephone is left in the car. When the battery level reaches a preset value, a voice alarm sounds "LOW BATTERY", and the battery needs recharging as soon as possible through the micro USB port of the device using a regular charger or a power bank.

(Optional) The application monitors and indicates through a voice message whether the seat belt is on or off "BUCKLE CLOSE" or "BUCKLE OPEN", for compatible buckles Fenix Safety models; the user is warned through a voice message when the device is connected and the seat belt is off "WARNING, BUCKLE OPEN".

Moreover, if the seat belt is off and the child has stand up from the pad, a voice alarm will sound "CHECK YOUR BABY".
