In view of King Faisal University’s keenness to provide a stimulating academic climate for its faculty members, both men and women, the Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance launched the distinguished faculty member award under the title “Naqati Program” to open new horizons for creativity and honorable competition between faculty members, which drives the university and its community The ocean of progress and prosperity.

Each faculty member and the like * can apply to participate to compete for this award and those who are still in the job for a year without interruption and the following categories are not entitled to participate in the award:
The teaching staff assigned to work outside the university, whether by secondment or secondment, or by a full or partial full-time system.
Full-time academic faculty (sabbatical leave).
Those whose college work is less than two main semesters in the nomination period.
The voluntarily authorized faculty members (leave without pay).
Faculty members who are on training courses of more than eight weeks in one or both of the main semesters.
