In discover words category there appear a some vocabulary word if you familiar with it then you put it in already know section if you are not familiar with it then you put it in already known box but if you are not familiar with it then put it in should learn box, at the end it will show you the your result.
The rest of categories are just vocabulary quiz to learn different vocabulary.
