The Surah Al-Kahf is a Meccan surah number 18, which precedes Surat Maryam and follows Surah al-Israa, in the order of the surahs of the Noble Qur’an. The number of its verses is 110 verses, and it is one of the Meccan suras late in the descent, as the arrangement of its descent is 69.
