Luccas started his career at a network agency and later created his own YouTube channel in 2014, but began to actively invest in the platform in 2016. In 2017, he invested in children's content, testing various video formats which made him stand out in Brazilian social media. At the same time, Luccas and Felipe Neto started a channel together called "Irmãos Neto". Along with João Pedro Paes Leme, journalist and former executive director of Rede Globo, his brother Felipe Neto and Cassiano Scarambone, he was part of the team of partners of Take 4 Content, a company specialized in curating digital content.

Toy manufacturer Grow has partnered with Luccas Neto to promote the sale of its products. In 2018, it professionalized its channel by hiring a team of professionals from different areas, such as psychologists, pedagogues and psychopedagogues, who supervise and approve the contents. In March 2018, Luccas Neto launched his toy line, whose first article was a doll. That same year, more than 240 thousand articles were sold.

In 2019, children's content videos show a rating that is "free for all audiences". In August 2019, Luccas and Felipe together with João Pedro left Take 4 Content after 2 years of activity, only Cassiano remained in charge of the place. Luccas currently invests in Luccas Toon, responsible for the expansion of its businesses, which today involve product licensing, film production for various platforms, in addition to its YouTube channel. Even Felipe and João Pedro created Play9, a company that is part of a great intelligence hub to bring integrated digital solutions to customers, be they personal brands or companies, due to the smaller participation of youtube in the videos, the channel "Irmãos Neto" changes its name, today called "Canal IN".

Until November 2019, Luccas Neto is responsible for employing 50 people directly and hundreds more indirectly.

The books "As Aventuras na Netoland com Luccas Neto" and "Brincando com Luccas Neto" entered the list of the 15 best sellers of 2019 in Brazil. In May 2020, it announced the launch of its first adult-oriented channel, "Luccas Life".
