Its events revolve around 497 pages (the Arabic version) in France and Britain. It begins with the famous Louvre Museum, when an American scientist named Dr. Robert Langdon, a professor of religious symbolology at Harvard University, was summoned after a murder in the Louvre Museum, one of the curators of the museum, amid mysterious circumstances, while he was in Paris to give a lecture in his scientific field . Langdon discovers mysteries of the existence of a secret sacred organization that spanned hundreds of years. One of its prominent members was the scientist, gravitational explorer, Isaac Newton and the scientist, painter Leonardo de Vinci. Most of the novel revolves around Da Vinci's inventions and artworks.
