Especially if they are beef, hamburgers have a large number of essential nutrients for the body, such as vitamins A, D and E or minerals such as potassium. This makes beef patties a natural source of energy and is indicated if you tend to engage in significant daily physical activity.


Thanks to their protein content, hamburgers help build muscle and maintain energy throughout intense days of training or physical work.


The hamburger's proteins help to cope with physical stress peaks, as well as its potassium content. Did you know that 85 grams of hamburger provide 22 grams of protein? This is almost half the recommended daily allowance for a healthy adult.
