We offer this training supplement for prosecutors who are attested and candidates for prosecutors who are being recruited to prosecuting authorities. This appendix contains tests that will facilitate and expedite the preparation for passing the test during the examination to identify the level of knowledge and ability to apply the law, as well as testing for general abilities and skills.
 
           With this application you have the opportunity to undergo random testing and testing in selected sections, as well as to get acquainted with questions and answers, in preparation for the following exams:

1) testing the level of knowledge and ability to apply the law during the certification of prosecutors of regional prosecutor's offices, including military prosecutor's offices of the regions of Ukraine and the joint forces, approved by the Prosecutor General and published on the Prosecutor General's Office's website on 21.02.2020 (6607) ;

2) testing for general abilities and skills during the attestation and recruitment to the prosecuting authorities (about 1000 tasks of verbal and abstract-logical direction);

3) testing to find out the level of knowledge and ability to apply the law during the selection of a vacant position of prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General, promulgated 10.02.2020 (6041 questions);

4) testing to find out the level of knowledge and ability to apply the law during attestation of prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General published 10.02.2020 (6044 questions);

5) testing for knowledge of the legislation in the selection of candidates for the posts of prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the list of issues was published on the official website of the Prosecutor General's Office on 03/02/2020 in accordance with the decision of the selection committee dated 24/01/2020 (4105 questions);

Features and features of the application:
- random testing on 100 questions (according to the principle of the official examination: 36% -40% of questions on the CPC, 29-33% - on the Criminal Code, 3% - on anti-corruption legislation, 2% - Law on the Prosecutor's Office, etc. , the number of correct answers for successful testing is -70);
- testing on selected sections (questions are selected randomly from selected topics; for ease of use of the application, the maximum number of questions on selected topics is limited to 200 questions);
- reviewing questions and answers without testing;
- Ability to view incorrect answers;
- the opportunity to review the rationale for correct answers, indicating the relevant rules of law;
- possibility of transition between questions during testing;
- The application can work without an Internet connection.

Please note that in some questions there are no wrong answer options (since the last ones were not officially made public, there were no similar questions during the civil service testing, NABU, DBR, SAP, so we warn about this, we do not try mislead future users of the app), as well as references to legal regulations.
