You should practice each skill regularly and make sure that you complete at least 100 repetitions of each skill as often as possible until you have mastered the skill.



Ball Mastery is the ABCs of football (soccer) and is:

the ability to control the ball while maneuvering in all possibly angles, directions and in all possible combinations while being able to use all parts of both feet with confidence, accuracy and speed.



Ball mastery is the foundation for technical development. If you do not master ball mastery it will be almost impossible to improve your overall technical skills.



SKILLS LEVELS



Pre course Level - 20 unique skills -

The pre course level is free and is an absolute must to learn. Learning to execute all the skills and moves step by step in this level gives you the necessary foundation, ability and confidence to begin mastering the beginners level.



Beginners Level - 35 unique skills -

Completing this level means that you have learned over 50 different movements and skills. Most beginners will not learn these skills for various reasons and you will be well ahead of the rest.



Novice Level - 40 unique skills

At this level it is obvious that you are not a beginner and the almost 100 movements and football skills that you have learned make you a much better technical player. Your football posture and the way your body moves has changed and your football specific motor skills and balance have significantly improved.



Intermediate Level - 41 unique skills

Completing this level means that you are almost halfway through all of the skills and well on your way towards Master Level. At this point it is important to continue on strong to be able to make all the rest of the mind muscle connections necessary to complete Master level.



Advanced Level - 40 unique skills

By completing this level you have made huge gains in your technique and will have learned many skills most players will never learn.



Semi Pro Level - 40 unique skills

By the end of this level you might ask yourself what other movements are possible and will notice how the difficulty of the skills increases. Regardless, completing level pro is well within your sights.



Pro Level – 41 unique skills

You are steps away from being a master of the ball. Unfortunately most players will never get to this level but they could have with enough practice. If you got to this point, with enough repetition and hours of practice you should complete this level as well as the master level.



Master Level – 48 unique skills

As you continue through this final level you are making the final connections between your mind and muscles and body. There are virtually no more possible movements that the body or the feet can make with the ball that you have not mastered. Since you can execute all possible movements with the ball smoothly, accurately and at a good speed while controlling the ball you have mastered the ball and put yourself in a position where with hard work on other technical aspects as well as with hard work on the mental and physical part of the game, you should rightfully hope to play at a high level in football.
