The information you have entered is presented to you by querying the elkart systems. The Atus elkart information you have entered in the application and your TR ID number are saved in your phone's memory, so you do not have to enter them again and again.

By saving your cards to the application without dealing with sms verification, you can make inquiries with a single button whenever you want.

In order to continue to serve you regarding the update made on the Elkart website; We were providing service by opening the card information inquiry screen like a web browser. Our application score for our previous update has decreased, but we hope that we will gain your appreciation with this latest update 🙂.

✅ HOW TO USE THE APP ✅

✔️ METHOD 1
Enter your TR ID number where your handcards are registered and click the 'Inquire My Cards' button. This process will show all the cards registered on you and you can find out the balance of that card by clicking on the card you want to query. You may have other handcards that are not defined for your TR ID number. You can try method 2. If the application does not offer you the card selection menu, it means that your handcards are not registered to your ID number.

✔️ METHOD 2
When you top up your card with TL at Elkart filling points, you can find out the balance of that handcard by entering your card number on the receipt given to you in the section of your card number on the main screen. If your phone has NFC feature, you can try the 3rd method.

✔️ METHOD 3
If your phone has an NFC reader;
First, turn on NFC from the settings, then bring your card closer to the phone and have it read the card number information. Our application will automatically show the balance of the card after the Handcard is read.



With the new face of our application, hand card inquiry is now very easy.

Our application is not an application made by Konya Metropolitan Municipality. Card balance information is real data.
