Aqidatul Awam & Translated is a yellow book application that discusses the science of tauhid. This aqidatul lay book application is equipped with an Indonesian translation so that it is easy for readers to understand it.
Sheikh Ahmad Al-Marzuqi Al-Maliki the author of the book Aqidatul Awam. He was born in Sibbat Egypt in 1205 H and studied at Al-Azhar Cairo. Then he and his brother went to Makkah and lived near the Grand Mosque. He composed this book using nadhaman which was guided directly by the Prophet Muhammad through his dreams and witnessed by his friends.

This book is the basic guideline for every Muslim because it contains the knowledge of monotheism that Muslims must know. Therefore, most Islamic boarding schools use it in learning the science of tauhid. Surely the students are familiar with this book, but do you know the history of this book? Let us look at the history of writing this Aqidatul Awam nadham which was taken from the book Nurudh Dholam.
The process of compiling this book is very interesting. This story is often told when reciting 'Aqîdatul' Awâm in Islamic boarding schools, and can be found in his syarah books. One of the syarahs that contains this story is the book Jalâul Afhâm Syarh 'Aqîdatul' Awâm by KH. M. Ihya '' Ulumiddin. It is said that Shaykh Ahmad al-Marzimpqi in his dream saw the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and his companions standing around him. The Messenger of Allah -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- said, "Read a mandhumah of tauhid knowledge, whichever one who memorizes it, he will go to heaven and get something he wants to achieve in the form of all the goodness in accordance with the Qur'an and hadith."
