I think Bilir is a little different from other competitions. Here you give points and guesses to the questions. In the game you need to analyze the information carefully and make a good strategy. If the opponent answers the question correctly, he earns as much as the score you gave or if he knows wrong, he loses as much as the score you gave.
You can also earn or lose points from your prediction about whether your opponent knows the question. You can only use each score once in the game.
