Hey guys! My name is Brian Smith. I was born in Anchorage, Alaska and moved across the US growing up seeing nearly all corners before settling in with my beautiful wife in Utah. I grew up a very active kid getting involved with sports and anything that pushed me physically. I was blessed to play D1 College Football and also compete in track and field at BYU. I decided to change majors from Communications to Exercise Science when a doctor told me I'd never be able to squat again due to the type of knee pain i was having that he formally diagnosed as "jumpers knee". I wasn't buying that story so I made it my life's research to learn as much as i can in this life to understand the human body. I'm happy to report I've been squatting for years but more importantly, my journey has taken me deep into the studies of health and wellness of the human body. From there my love for this stuff has grown even deeper as I find tremendous fulfillment helping others to know how they can take better care of their health and well being. 10 years into this stuff i am happier then ever helping families and busy professionals to find strategies that work for their lifestyle without sabotaging their results.
