Scientists have discovered about 500 species of pathogenic fungi that cause dermatomycosis (more about). The largest percentage of diseases occurs in dermatophytosis, which is caused by dermatophyte fungi; the type of drugs for the treatment of fungal infections depends on their type.

Trichophytosis (ringworm)
For the treatment of trichophytosis - diseases of the hair, skin and nails caused by the fungi Trichophyton violaceum and Trichophyton tonsurans, appoint:

Antifungal drugs for oral administration: griseofulvin, fluconazole, itraconazole;
Locally: 5% alcohol solution of iodine, sulfur-salicylic ointment, Wilkinson ointment, ketoconazole cream (nizoral).
With the infiltrative suppurative form of the disease, lotions and moist-drying dressings with antiseptic solutions are used: 10% solution of ichthyol, 0.1% solution of ethacridine lactate, 0.5% silver nitrate solution.
Epidermophytosis
For the treatment of epidermophytosis caused by the fungus Trichophyton interdigitale, appoint:

Antifungal drugs for oral administration: fluconazole, itraconazole, nystatin, griseofulvin, terbinafine.
Locally: fucorcin, mycoseptin, terbinafine (Lamisil), nitrofungin, mycosolone, mycospore cream, cold lotions of 2% resorcinol solution and 0.5% silver nitrate solution.
Keratolytic drugs to remove affected skin and nails: salicylic ointment, kerasal. Mycospore ointment is used to soften the nail plate.
Antihistamines: suprastin, diazolin with severe inflammation on the skin.
Vitamin preparations containing ascorbic acid and B vitamins.
Inguinal epidermophytosis
For the treatment of inguinal epidermophytosis caused by the fungus Epidermophyton floccosum, it is prescribed:

Lotions of 0.25% silver nitrate solution or 1% resorcinol solution; lubricate the lesions daily with 1% alcohol solution of iodine, 5% sulfur-tar ointment, mycoseptin, cream of clotrimazole or terbinafine.
Antihistamines: diazolin, fencarol.
Onychomycosis
For the treatment of onychomycosis (nail damage), the following drugs are prescribed:

Antifungal agents orally, for a long time: itraconazole, griseofulvin, terbinafine.
Outwardly: terbinafine, naphthyne (exoderyl), Batrafen, mycospore ointment (sold in a special kit).
The nail plates affected by the fungus are removed with keratolytic ointments or patches.
Candidiasis
Candidiasis caused by Candida albicans yeast affects the skin and mucous membranes. Pharmacotherapy of candidiasis:

Locally, with damage to the skin and vagina: clotrimazole, miconazole, terbinafine, ketoconazole, naphtha. Vaginal suppositories: Klion-d, Terzhinan, Polygynax, clotrimazole.
With severe skin itching or inflammation, it is allowed to mix antifungal creams with corticosteroids, for example, with hydrocortisone, or apply them separately; combination ointment triderm.
Antifungal drugs for internal use: nystatin, fluconazole, itraconazole. With recurrent vaginal candidiasis, treatment should be carried out by each of the sexual partners.
With candidiasis of the oral cavity: nystatin (tablets dissolve in the mouth until dissolved, then swallow), fluconazole, lubrication of the mucosa with a solution of sodium tetraborate (borax) in glycerol.
Pityriasis versicolor
The yeast-like fungus Pityrosporum orbiculare causes pityriasis (multicolored) lichen, for its treatment prescribed:

Antifungal drugs for internal use: itraconazole, terbinafine.
Topical antifungal medications: miconazole, terbinafine, naphthyne, sulfuric and salicylic acid salts in various combinations. Apply zinc pyrithione and selenium sulfide in the form of shampoos for lesions of the scalp.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
